Springtime at Waggs 'n Whiskers A view of the emerging perennial gardens in the spring of 2007. Portions of the flower beds and shrubs along the east side of the house are estimated to be over seventy five years old. As well, beds and borders with a multitude of spring, summer and fall flowering perennials are located all over the property, well suited to the previous name of "Country Gardens".
